We are the closest regional post production facility to London as we are less than 100 yards outside the M25, which is important if you need to fulfil the Ofcom regional requirements
Managing Director Nigel is the founder and managing director of OutPost Facilities which he started nearly 20 years ago. He trained as a BBC engineer and editor, and then worked as a freelance editor on many high profile TV programmes.
Senior Online Editor David has been a part of the OutPost family since 2000. Entering the TV and film industry through BBC Scotland, David has gone on to be the online editor for award winning TV shows such as Call the Midwife. He is a fully qualified Heritage Railway Guard (hat and all).
Online Editor Jon joined the team in 2007 after studying Video Production and Film Studies at University, and is one of the Senior Online Editors here at OutPost. He’s also a fully qualified personal trainer and likes to keep fit in his spare time.
Junior Online Editor Adam started working at Outpost in 2021, after graduating with a first in Film Production at the University of Portsmouth. He is trained in both Avid Media Composer and Davinci Resolve. In his spare time, he likes playing darts and going to see Fulham play at Craven Cottage.
Post Producer Katie joined OutPost in 2016, having graduated from the University of Bath where she ran the Campus TV channel. She is now working as a Post Production Supervisor at OutPost. During her spare time Katie takes part in LARP (Live Action Roleplay).
Colourist Michelle started working at Outpost in 2021, having previously worked at Twickenham Studios and Molinare on projects for BBC, SKY, ITV, along with Netflix and Disney. She is trained in both Davinci Resolve and Baselight. During her spare time she likes to keep up her gymnastics skills which she competed in since the age of 3.
Senior VFX Artist Rob joined OutPost in 2018, having gained a first in Film and TV Production. He is our Senior VFX Artist at Outpost Facilities. Rob is an avid sportsman and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
VFX Artist Jacob joined Outpost in 2022 after graduating from Portsmouth University with a first in Film Production and won an award for Best Editor for his year. Outside of work Jacob can often be found watching Brighton football and competing in Hyrox.
Offline Editor Amy started working at Outpost in 2021. She graduated with a first in Film Production at the University of Portsmouth and has a great knowledge of Avid, Adobe and DaVinci Resolve. Outside of work, she is an international champion in cheerleading, which she has competed in since she was ten years old.
Edit Assistant Mattie Joined Outpost in 2022, after graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a first in film Production. She studied Avid and Da Vinci Resolve, and has recently completed a Post Coordinator course. She can often be found watching TV and going to the gym.
